I recorded this Compassion Meditation for schools but it can be enjoyed and shared at home too.

Learning to be kinder, more understanding and forgiving of ourselves and towards others is an essential skill and something that should be practised regularly. Showing self-compassion and compassion to others is a learned skill that can be developed.

This audio will give you and your listeners time to reflect and send compassionate thoughts to yourself, friends and family, other people and the wider world.
