Nicola Fox

Nicola is a reflexology practitioner specialising in supporting anxiety through foot and or hand reflexology.  Nicola works with children, young people and adults through 1:1 treatments and workshops.  The workshops enable individuals to learn a self-support hand routine or parents/carers to learn a hand routine to use on their own children and family as a practical strategy to cope with anxiety.

Tracey Lawrence

Tracey is a Headteacher at a primary school in Leicestershire, children’s author and behaviour specialist. She has produced many helpful books for young people and parents from her vast experience in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health).

Her vision is to ensure that every child is able to read in order to unlock the beautiful journey that you can go on within a story.
