New Year resolutions for a more mindful classroom

Want to prioritise your children’s emotional and mental health this term?

Get your 12 simple new year resolutions and start a daily wellbeing practice with your class.

There’s a helpful audio to support and advise you and trust me, it’s easy peasy with no extra work for you.

How to use this resource:

  • Pop in your email below, download the poster pack and choose one mindful intention to use each week
  • Listen to the audio for that intention to get you started
  • Plan a couple of minutes into your school day to practice (making it a habit will help you to do it)
  • Visit the intention daily and allow time to reflect on how you’ve implemented it in your day
  • Discuss any findings, observations, comments and questions with your class
  • Repeat the following week with a new intention

Keep it simple, keep it short and ENJOY.
