That first morning when children from Year 6, Year 1 and EYFS join other children in coming to school, will be wobbly for us all.

To help you feel calm, supported and stable practise grounding yourself.

Here’s one way you can focus attention on you and your stability as the children make their way into the school grounds.

The more you practise, the more you’ll use it when you need it. I usually use it as I walk to the dentist’s door!
