With so much uncertainty around school reintegration and a regularly morphing future picture of what that should and will look like; it’s easy to feel stressed, uneasy and worried as you try to make plans and important decisions for school staff, children and parents.

The phrase, ‘You can’t control what’s happening around you but you can control your reaction to it’ seems annoying at this time doesn’t it?

But hear me out.

You do have control over your reactions. And if those reactions are causing you stress, then take a minute to find out how you can help yourself.

This short video covers how to mindfully handle the impact of future uncertainty and how to create a flexible plan of action that can support your decision making and give you clarity of mind.
