How often do you fully pay attention to what you’re eating?

Do you properly look at your food and consider all the events and people that have been involved in bringing that food to your mouth?

How often do you rush through your food, quick to move on to the next thing?

Perhaps you’re doing three other things at the same time? Talking, listening, watching, thinking. Rarely do we just eat and pay attention to our food.
