How often do you find yourself drinking whilst doing other things?

Perhaps you’ve got a head full of thoughts or you’re reading, talking and moving at the same time?

If you can slow the process down, you can find gratitude, calm and pleasure in the simple art of taking a sip.

Too often, we go about our days with divided attention. Not being able to concentrate fully on one task.

Mindful drinking is a useful practise for all humans. I support children, teachers and parents to slow down and notice their feelings, emotions and thoughts. Get started by grabbing a drink and joining me…
