While the lives of the humans on this planet are affected by the spread of Covid-19, our Planet Earth is healing and improving in many ways. Watch and join in with this mindful meditation, suitable for schools and families.
Once you’ve watched, you can extend the mindful practice by:
- Drawing or painting the planet.
- Surround it with words/phrases that describe the healing and beauty that is taking place (dolphins in Venice canals for example).
- Put the words into a poem.
- Write a letter to planet Earth from the children and families of 2020.
