Everyone’s attention is drawn when the rain pelts!

Whether you’re sat at your desk or in the middle of doing something, you can’t help but notice the sound and the sight of heavy rain.

This downpour happened today, so I recorded it as a mini-mindful awareness practice.

Hope it helps you to remember to STOP and pay attention when the weather draws you in.

And remember the weather provides such wonderful variety from warm sun on your face, wind blowing your hair and body to beautiful rainbows and noisy thunderstorms.

Enjoy and thank you planet earth!
