This is a lovely way of connecting with, paying attention to and showing gratitude to our bodies – our home.
The mindful practise for you as a parent, is to stay with the immediate experience and notice each time you have wandered off elsewhere in your mind.
When you realise this has happened, give yourself a knowing, ‘Ah, I’ve gone again’ and kindly bring yourself straight back to the experience with your child.
