So much of our time is spent worrying. Worrying is when we are living from our mind. It’s our worry thoughts that can exhaust us and cause us mental and physical suffering.

If you can wise-up to these thoughts, then not only will you help yourself but you can model to your kids how to help themselves too.

This week, I’ve been worrying about child illness. What might happen, what I don’t want to happen, how bad it might be and what will i do if… None of that can be controlled by me. These are my ‘worry thoughts’.

My practise is to recognise these thoughts and remove myself from living in them. There’s much more happiness to found by doing this.
