I want to feel CALM today.

That’s an intention I set myself.

Other days it is: I want to feel MOTIVATED today.

Setting an intention of how you CHOOSE to feel will help you and your child to get in touch with what they TRULY want.

By using this as a grounding tool, we can help ourselves navigate all sorts of situations that present themselves and take us further away from our chosen feeling.
